If you want to have a browser just like Internet Explorer but whit the possibility of using other skins, Neoplanet might be something for you! But Neoplanet only works when you have Internet Explorer 5 (or higher). So with Neoplanet you just get another interface, the software is similar. Check it out @ their website: www.neoplanet.com !

When Netscape 6 is ready I really advice you to use it! You will be able to use skins specially made for Netscape so you may have to wait a little bit longer but you will have your browser fully skinned and not just a hotbar on top of it!
